When it opened back in the summer of 2017, Joly Woo declared itself the first Vietnamese street food bar in the city. Within the eco space (think wooden furniture and moss on the walls), chefs prepare simple appetizers such as spring rolls and nems, a variety of woks and three types of phos (classic beef, chicken and vegetarian). Since its humble beginnings Joly Woo has expanded to four locations around St. Petersburg and spoils loyal customers with all kinds of special deals and bonuses.
