Georgian restaurant run by Aram Mnatsakanov and Chef Gia Hoochua of ‘Hellish Kitchen’ fame offers all the favorites of Georgian cuisine: the rich soups, the khinkali dumplings, the khachapuri cheese bread, as well as other traditional dishes reimagined and modernized by the dynamic duo. Try the lesser known gebzhalia (chkinti cheese cooked in milk with fresh mint), kelehs (a sort of jelly with mustard) and homemade bread brought from Georgia. With little natural light and greenery hanging from walls and ceiling, the effect is forest-like, a place to get lost in and escape the outside world.
