Molto Buono (translated from Italian as "very good") just got a whole lot better. The bar, which first opened its doors back in 2014, got a remake and is now called Molto Buono 2.0. This new version now focuses on rare and non-banal wine, original yet understandable food and a warm, homey atmosphere because, according to the owners, grey and rainy St. Petersburg needs more warmth, smiles and friendliness. The same respected sommeliers – Snezhana Revchuk, Vasily Sirotkin and Ivan Dmitryukov – are behind the wine list and brand chef Pavel Kazmin and head chef Andrey Vorobyev put together a food menu that is inspired by the best culinary traditions of Spain, France, Italy and Asia.
