The Sushi Lounge seems out of place in old ‘s-Hertogenbosch. This sleek, modern restaurant serves small portions of Japanese delicacies such as sushi, sashimi, oysters and teriyaki meat and fish specialties. Although the sushi bar on the ground floor is bathed in bright colours, the restaurant upstairs offers a much more modest Japanese style.
