Playa de la Concha beach extends for more than a kilometer and is filled with mixed crowd of locals and visitors alike, seeking to cool off in the Cantabric Sea water. Besides sunbathing and swimming, you shouldn’t miss strolling along the lovely promenade, adorned by luxurious beachside mansions and punctuated with several famous elements such as the Concha railing (unmistakable for its design), the lamp posts (replicated in the international Film Festival awards) and “los relojes” (“the clocks”, main access to the beach).
