Thrive

We came across this lovely place by accident and what a pleasant surprise it turned out to be. We did not realise immediately that it was vegan with items such as haggis bon bon and black pudding salad or a selection of burgers, but we were intrigued and ordered a selection of 3 mall things to share between 2 and were plenty satisfied. Delicious flavours and textures, riminiscent of their meaty counterparts with non of the guilt or that heavy feeling in your gut when you know you left the dinner for too late. Very pleasant atmosphere, not too noisy even though it was quite busy, and friendly attentive service. In Bruntsfield just at the other end of the Meadows.
