Set beneath a modern block of flats in New Belgrade, the sophisticated ambiance takes you by surprise when you first enter - the fact that it's named after a real life chihuahua (who adorns the logo and by all accounts is the boss) also serves to dampen expectations. Nevertheless, the place is exquisitely designed and professionally run, with some of the best service in town, and most importantly the food is excellent. However, our favourite part is probably the cosy cigar lounge that's just off the main dining area.
