Shambala

A small part of Asia comes to life in the centre of Ljubljana. Not only does Shambala's kitchen turn out some of the best (and spiciest) Asian cuisine in Slovenia, but the tranquil, almost meditative, ambience of the place allows you to enjoy your meal in a state of perfect relaxation. Guests can dine either in the main dining room with its glass ceiling or in the more intimate room with a vaulted ceiling. During the warmer months, diners can also take advantage of the pleasant garden. The menu features seafood dishes, vegetarian options and grilled specialities. The marinades and sauces are home made and excellent, as are the red and green Thai curries.
