History has thrown up few brewers of beer more consistent than the monks of the world, so it is no great surprise to learn that Bratislava’s monastic brewers continue the trend of excellent spiritual wallop. Kláštorný Pivovar is one of the best beer spots in town, and we can’t recommend the home brew enough. The brewery tour is also an excellent way of learning more about the process.
