Bled Cheese

Bled may already offer many artisan goods but there’s always room for one more. This year sees the launch of a brand new product; Bled Cheese. Ten litres of high quality milk from a cooperative of local farmers produces one kilo of cheese. The cheese is matured for 45-60 days, resulting in a delicious semi-hard cheese that has already been a big hit with both locals and tourists. Bled cheese can be purchased as a whole or partial wheel. Gift packs are also available along with beautifully crafted cheese boards engraved with the Blejski Sir logo.
