It's quite common for foreign visitors to fall madly in love with Ljubljana, and not entirely unusual for them to end up moving here as a result. However, what we'd like to see even more of is them bringing some of their (culinary) culture with them, and Stefano Rado has done just that. Already the the owner of two restaurants in Padua, Stefano's only complaint about the green capital of Slovenia was the lack of an authentic Italian style ristopizza - a problem that he's solved by opening Capriccio. They currently only offer a wide variety of pizzas and a few calzones, but in the future homemade pasta and other Italian dishes will be added to the menu. The location on Trubarjeva is charming as well, as in addition to the usual vaulted brick ceilings, it boasts its own mini forest in a two-floor atrium.
