An interesting place to check out if you’re in the area, this Yugoslav-era time warp of a building contains a surprisingly large number of ordinarily invisible places in which to eat and drink. Among the places on offer, choose Chinese, a simple café, or, if you’re in the mood a more exotic adventure complete with bubble pipes. Not surprisingly, the place is packed with students a lot of the time.
