This deceptively large building is can actually seat up to 500 guests, but the arrangement of smaller dining sections and efficiency of the staff you’ll never feel lost or have to wait for service. Their Mediterranean menu carries a range of pasta, salads and meat dishes, and Ancora is hugely popular for its seafood; particularly the Argentinian calamari which is fried in a crisp, light batter and truly delicious. Pizzas are baked in the large wood fired oven and arrive at your table in super quick time, even at the busiest times of day. They carry an extensive list of the best Slovenian wines and also carefully selected local beers. Upstairs has a beautiful terrace area for an authentic Mediterranean al-fresco dining experience.
