Slovenian Tourist Information Centre (STIC)

Ljubljana's central tourist office is a bit larger and usually less crowded than the main branch located a few hundred metres away opposite Prešeren Square, and they also helpfully stock heaps of maps, brochures and general information for the entire country. Tickets for most events in and around town can be purchased, and the staff will gladly give you a rundown of the various tours and excursions on offer. Bicycle rentals are also available for only €8 per day, and are a great way to see more of the city.
