The Glyderau are one of the most scenic mountain ranges in the park and it doesn’t get any more picturesque than the three-sided circular valley known as Cwm Idwall. One of the most beautiful natural attractions in Europe, the corrie is spectacular to say the least, an example of glacial development that has created jagged peaks, crags, screes and all the rest, all surrounded a truly magnificent lake. Stunning.
