Now that so many of the animals have been 'adopted' by local companies and a few celebrities, their living conditions are vastly improved. Don't forget, though, that this zoo was designed in Socialist times and there is too much concrete and not much shade. Exhibits include lions, tigers, panthers, elephants, hippos, rhinos and bears. The admission charge is very low and children always appreciate an outing here. There are several play areas for them to play in.
