Full height glazing, raw brick walls, industrial lamps and multi-coloured wooden chairs with a central stainless steel cook & grill station welcome the diner into what was the first of now several Gourmet Burger venues in Sofia. On offer – quality burgers and steaks in a genuine ‘diner’ style presentation with had cut fries. There is a choice of 6 or so burgers made with prime Irish beef patties – plus one vegetarian (aubergine and goat’s cheese) and a skinny option i.e. no bun. Additionally there are is selection of steaks (fillet or rib-eye) and half a dozen salad choices and regular monthly specials. All meat is served medium, so be sure to mention to your waiter when ordering if you would like yours well done.
