DaOrganic is in the very center of Sofia, just off Vitosha Bulevard, with a bamboo garden in the backyard, a true oasis in the summer months. Here you will find natural healthy food prepared with selected products from local farmers, the menu includes gourmet vegan and vegetarian dishes which are based on the best specialties from traditional Bulgarian cuisine.
The handmade artisan bread, made with fresh yeast, 100% wholemeal flour from old varieties of einkorn, spelt and rye, is a tasty accompaniment to many of the dishes. The raw vegan desserts, using the natural sweetness of fresh and dried fruits means you can enjoy guilt free desserts, any time of day.
This is a great place to stop off for early evening drinks, choose from boutique Bulgarian wines, including their own homemade red, or  local craft beers, small-batch whiskey from Scottish and Irish independent bottlers, locally produced gin with herbs, specialty coffee, and mountain herb tea.
In addition this venue is one of the oldest and most established Bulgarian art galleries, featuring dozens of Bulgarian artists.
