This is such a lovely location that no matter what is here it is always full. With great glass windows looking out onto the busy Tsar Osvoboditel and beyond it the park with the Soviet Army monument, the restaurant cannot fail to be a winner. It's latest guise is as Esterhasi, a sleek and glossy bar/diner serving international cuisine but also cakes and coffee at any time of day, starting from breakfast.
