Genji markets itself as Japanese and Korean Street Food and for those of us who have never had authentic Korean street food - it sure tastes convincing and it seems this place is rapidly becoming a favourite among Sofia's foodies! Genji is also the funky chef wielding his stuff behind the hot grill plates where pretty much everything is prepared fresh to order. The interior of this place is so funky with comic style illustrations on the high walls which only enhance the experience of being transported to another land. The menu is relatively short but still offers plenty of choice as most of the main dishes come in a variety of vegetarian, chicken, pork or prawns. If beokkeumbap, ja jang meon and onigirazu leave you clueless, fear not - there are photos to help you choose and the staff are happy to advise. We really enjoyed everything we tried.Self service.
