This Bulgarian chain of restaurants started out in Veliko Tarnovo, where to this day it remains one of the few decent restaurants that you can rely on for quality food with friendly service. The menu also includes several vegetarian and vegan dishes, clearly labelled, making it a good choice for those with special requirements.
Pleasantly surprised to find friendly staff also at the San Stefano Plaza location, although those in VT are definitely in a league of their own. The menu covers everything from traditional dishes, to more adventurous fusion cuisine.
