This latest addition to Sofia's growing selection of Asian restaurants offers fast food cooked on the spot. Choose from noodles, rice or vegetable as the base to be stir fried and then add whatever else you love: shrimps, tofu, bamboo shoots and more and your choice of sauce and get your piping hot meal a minute or two later in a paper box either to take away or eat on the spot.

It's not the cheapest option, but then again it does command a prime spot on Sofia's main shopping street. It's well worth staying to eat on the spot: there's a large central table if you are feeling sociable or separate tables for 2 or 4. The high ceiling and clean plywood decor with packing cases filled with cooking ingredients make for a easy and unpretentious ambience.
