Barcelona has excellent integrated transport system - metro, buses, trams, local trains and network of funiculars and cable cars. On all the city’s public transport you can buy a single ticket but if you are staying in Barcelona for more that a few days and do not plan to walk, consider purchasing a 10-journey ticket (T-10) or travel card.
