Porrue means leek in basque. Close to the Guggenheim, this cozy yet modern restaurant is one of the finest places in town with no Michelin award yet (don't understand why, by the way). It has specialised in fresh seasonal products on the grill (meat, fish, vegetables...). Its secret lies in the selection of the raw material, seasonal product acquired directly from local producers.
