Zortziko is the most traditional restaurant in Bilbao. There is no famous person (actor, musician, monarchy, politician) who has visited us and hasn't come to enjoy the cuisine of the veteran chef Daniel García. Opened since 1989, unlike many other fine restaurants in town, the interior decoration is very classic with linen tablecloths, fluffy chairs, curtains, fireplace, golden details, etc. But who cares when you are here to enjoy modern Basque cuisine, based on good produce and traditional local cuisine!
