Śrem is a town on the Warta river in Greater Poland, 45km south of Poznań, known for its picturesque scenery, palaces and manors with surrounding parks, domestic and religious architecture, as well as nature sanctuaries. Cultural institutions include Śrem Museum and the Culture Centre. Śrem is a key point on the Great Waterway Loop of Wielkopolska.
