Birch is the brain child of four highly talented chefs, one of whom is Arslan Berdiev – the 2016 winner of the San Pellegrino Young Chef award in the Russia, Baltics and CIS region. The establishment boasts an understandable and affordable menu typical of a neo-bistro and dishes can have an Asian, Latin or any other surprising twist to them. There’s certainly a lot to choose from but the freshly baked corn bread and the dessert consisting of marinated eggplant, pear and gorgonzola fondue really stand out.
