Guests traveling in the first or business class of the Sapsan, Express and Krasnaya Strela may use the service center for free if you have an outbound ticket from Moskovsky Station on the same date. Business class passengers of Megapolis train can use the service center for free one hour before leaving/after arriving the train. The entrance to the lounge is located in front of the platform 5.

I was at this lounge several days ago and they are no longer accepting Priority Pass members. In addition, if you’re catching a late train, the toilet and food services stop at 10pm.

Hello, Dave! Unfortunately, Service Center at Moskovsky station really was closed due to renovation works. Now it is open and ready to meet the guests. In case you will ever need the VIP lounge in the future, the entrance is on the Platform 5 side.

Had trouble finding the VIP lounge - checked their website http://www.rzd-snw.ru/sc/spb to find "The hall is closed in connection with the reconstruction of the Moscow Railway Station. We apologize for any inconvenience caused".
