You know you're in good hands, authenticity-wise, when half the time the restaurant's entrance is blocked by a charter bus chock-full of Chinese tourists. Spend some time reviewing their massive menu of classic dishes while sipping complimentary green tea from the traditionally tiny tea cups. The twice-cooked pork, loaded with red chili heat, is fantastic, as is the green bean salad in ginger-peanut sauce. They also have a fully stocked bar, complete with several varieties of Chinese beer and plum wine. Just be aware, your meal's soundtrack might be 90s pop, techno or worse.
