Haute cuisine restaurant, located at a height of 60 meters, overlooks the Neva and historical downtown area of St. Petersburg to offer spectacular panoramic views. The two-level, 350-seat, seven space venue is visited by gastronomic tourists and wine lovers of the world who want to appreciate a large collection of old and new world wines, and modern renditions of classic Russian and European cuisine delivered by Chef Nikita Sechin. The menu includes a specialized vegan set, a raw section (try the salmon ceviche in Tiger’s milk sauce), Russian dishes such as smoked venison with oven-cooked buckwheat, red bilberries and spruce jam, and a list of items cooked by Josper (try the duck breast with parsnip and candied beetroot).
