The idea of ObedBufet is simple: multiple tables offer multiple types of food for reasonable prices. But with so much on offer, it’s difficult to know where to even begin. Using self-service, diners can enjoy various types of Russian-style salads, pancakes and soups, as well as shaverma, hamburgers, pizza, pasta and even sushi…and this is before you reach the dessert station. Each plate is then weighed at the cashier at the end of the food hall.
