Nevsky Prospekt newcomer Raclette Bar, named after its signature Swiss cheese dish, opens to a worn brick loft-style space with arched vaults and open plan kitchens. Only real Swiss cheese is used in the making of their four menu raclette options: classic with Parma ham, potatoes and pickled cucumber; asparagus, champignon, paprika and zucchini raclette; langoustines and lemongrass; and raclette with duck and zucchini. Also available is the cheese soup with prosciutto and corn mustard, baked salmon with basil and stewed pumpkin, and chocolate truffle cake with pistachios for dessert.
