The glassed off terrace ensures that you are warm while admiring St. Isaacs Cathedral, the Savior on Spilled Blood, Peter & Paul Fortress and sites further afar. To get a closer look, simply use the telescope! The food menu is inspired by Russian, Georgian and European flavors (their Olivier salad with crab is a must!) and the wine list features quite a few sorts of red, white and sparkling from the Old and New worlds. The perfect spot for a romantic sunset drink or a relaxed lunch after a few hours of seeing the sights from the ground. Best of all, the prices are not as sky high as the restaurant itself.
