Built in 1914 in the National Romantic style, a masterpiece by the architect Sigfrid Ericsson, Masthuggskyrkan is one of the Gothenburg's most visited sights, with about 90,000 tourists' visit each year. Its position makes it an excellent viewpoint over Gothenburg and the harbor.
