Fast food, but with local products and a sort-of home-made style - this has become a very popular concept with restaurants in Zurich recently. This one does mainly burgers and has its origins in the US. You first choose the style of your burger, then what kind of protein you‘d like - beef, chicken, veggie (grain and vegetables) - and then the bread (multigrain, white, glutenfree). The El Guapo burger we had was nice’n’spicy thanks to the jalapenos and the sweet potato fries were a welcome variation on the classic theme. They do salads and kale and super grain bowls too. Produce is really locally sourced, which is a nice touch.
