Brisket is dedicated to Texas-style barbecue and it even boasts its very own smoker. In fact, they're so proud of their smoker here that they even gave her a name: Dolly. Needless to say, Dolly is in charge of all of the meat here, be it brisket, pulled pork, spare ribs, pork belly or 'shredded chicken'. And Dolly certainly knows how to barbecue, because our pulled pork was juicy, smoky and full of flavour. The meat is available in set portions (pay per weight) or as different mixed platters (minimum 2 people) and you can take your pick of sides including mac and cheese, BBQ beans, coleslaw, fries and much more. If you're on your own, the pulled pork burger will do, but the platters here are perfect for groups looking for a feast.
