The tender roasted chicken they do might be one reason why the Emilio has become a Spanish institution in Zurich over the decades. The hospitality of the host family definitely is another one. The rather small menu features real Spanish dishes like paella (rice dish with seafood), beef and veal filet and a tortilla. Every Thursday, they do a cocido (stew), on Tuesday they prepare fresh sea fish. The food at Emilio does have its price, but we say it's worth it.
