Jack & Jo is in on fast slow food. Or .. is it slow fast food? Basically it’s burgers, made from locally produced ingredients and home-made buns, served with handcut fries and drinks presented in preserving jars, all in a modern but homely styled environment. The vegetarian burger with quinoa was solid, but the beef burger was more to our taste here. There is a huge salad bar and they do quesadillas and breakfasts too. During the day you place your orders at the bar, a buzzer will tell you when they're ready to pick up, in the evening a waiter will serve you at your table. Popular with students and the city’s hipsters. Sat & Sun à la carte brunch until 16:00.
