Seebad Katzensee

This small natural lake in the woods on the city’s outskirts offers recreation in the great outdoors. There are facilities like changing rooms and lockers, toilets, a kiosk and fireplaces for your barbecue. It’s a bit off the beaten track, so take bus N°32 to the terminus at Holzerhurd. From there it’s a 10-minute walk, but don’t be surprised to see people as it gets busy on hot summer days out here too. Separate section for skinny dipping. No lifeguards.
