If you’re looking for an alternative way to get around town, there are currently two electric scooter rental providers and one moped rental service operating in Tallinn.T he app-based Tuul (€0.25 + €0.21 min) and Bolt (€0.50 + €0.20 min), both offer electric scooter rentals. Each charges a fee to unlock the scooter, followed by a per-minute usage rate.
The newest addition to the light transport options is Ride (0,24 €/min), which provides moped rentals.
