Founded in August 2014 Bassiani marked the beginning of a completely different attitude towards nightlife in Tbilisi. The club is located in the basement of Dinamo Stadium, is spacious but somewhat sombre, and strictly forbids flash photography. It's the first venue in Tbilisi that regularly invites acclaimed techno musicians from around the world, and while Bassiani doesn't have regular opening hours (that would be just too mainstream) it usually announces upcoming events (on its website) well in advance.
