The Royal Palace of Oslo dates back to the first half of the 19th century. It was once the residence of the king of Norway and Sweden.
The Palace is open to the public during the summer season - usually from the middle of June to the end of August. Visitors and tourists can follow a guided tour which shows many of the rooms and halls of the Palace.
