Unveiled in 2010 as part of the global celebrations surrounding the 200th anniversary of the birth of Poland’s most famous composer and located in a small square that also bears his name, as far as we can tell, Frederik Shopen (as it’s rendered in Albanian) has absolutely no connections whatsoever with Albania.
