Sheshi Shopen     more than a year ago
Unveiled in 2010 as part of the global celebrations surrounding the 200th anniversary of the birth of Poland’s most famous composer and located in a small square that also bears his name, as far as we can tell, Frederik Shopen (as it’s rendered in Albanian) has absolutely no connections whatsoever with Albania with the almost singular exception of this mildly baffling bust of his likeness.
