The first restaurant in Tirana to truly modernize traditional Albanian food concepts. Head chef Bleri Dervishi began cooking at just 11 years old, and his slow food includes quail with juniper berries, and fish ragout with hazelnuts and mountain herbs. The awards received by this restaurant are a testament to its success.
