On the lawn in front of the National Gallery of Arts (which is closed for renovations) stands Sou Fujimoto’s wondrous and accessible 'Cloud' structure (Reja), an accessible installation made of hard white metal cubes, yet resembling a puffy cloud, especially when it's lit up at night.
