Often frequented by the glitzy and the glamorous, it can be difficult to find a space here, and while reservations can be made, the staff aren’t known for their English skills. This is one of the best places in Tirana to mingle with the locals, with the front terrace hosting those who wish to be seen and the back area becoming more and more like a nightclub as the evening progresses. Despite its name, the cocktails are the feature focus here.
