Named after Georgia's most famous painter, this round restaurant overlooks one of the lakes and can be found on the walk or drive into town on the left of the main road. The menu is bursting with classic and extremely good Georgian food, plus there's a small barbecue outside during the summer that churns out spectacular grilled meat.
