St. Petersburg restaurateurs Alexei Burov and Pavel Kokkov have conquered the Northern capital, and finally got to Moscow, with their landmark project Trappist. They brought here the most complete collection of Belgian beer: from the great Trappist ales to aged fruit lambics. 200 types of beer are stored on a special technology and each variety is poured in a personal glass. The menu includes fresh mussels, famous Belgian waffles, snacks and hot meat and fish dishes.
