One of our favourites in Trieste, and as you'll see from the cool crowds spilling out into the adjacent streets we're not the only ones who feel this way. The first time we came here there was either a live band playing Ryan Adams covers or Ryan Adams himself playing an unannounced gig - and Grip is the kind of place where the latter would not be surprising. Located just below the southern walls of the castle, from Wednesday to Saturday you can expect to find a packed house, an eclectic choice of live music and equally eccentric staff members making sure no one goes without a drink.
