Opened in 2008 in beautifully renovated and modernised premises that were previously used as a wine warehouse and before that a Habsburg-era stable for officers, Pepenero Pepebianco is the first restaurant of acclaimed chef Michele Grandi. Operating under a motto of 'authentic passion', the cuisine here is a balance between tradition and innovation, using fresh local ingredients and recipes, with modern culiinary techniques such as vacuum and low-temperature cooking.
